Booking-First websites for gyms and studios

Let people book a class from the sofa.

People decide to start on a Sunday night, on their phone. A Booking-First site lets them see your plans and prices and book a class there and then, without a call or a front-desk visit.

Your Studio is an example. Your name, classes, coaches, plans and timetable go here. Class booking runs in your own Square account and needs Square Plus (£29 a month).

What gets in the way for gyms

Full classes, empty classes

The 6pm class has a queue and the 7am one has three people. A timetable people can book from online helps spread them out.

Joining takes a visit

If signing up means coming in during staffed hours, some people never do. Put the plans and prices online, and let people sign up in the tool you already use.

Paying for software per member

Class-booking apps charge as you grow and keep your members in their app. Your own site keeps the relationship with you.

What a Booking-First site includes

  • Your class timetable, bookable online (Square Plus, £29 a month)
  • Your plans and prices, clearly laid out
  • Intro offers explained on the page, in your words
  • A link to the membership tool you already use

Fixed price agreed in writing, 50% to start and 50% on approval, two rounds of revisions, and you own the code.

Once it's live, we can also run Facebook and Instagram ads that send local people straight to your booking page.

Questions gyms ask us

Can members book classes themselves?

Yes, online. Class booking runs in your own Square account and needs Square Plus, at £29 a month.

Can people join a membership online?

Your plans and prices go on the site, clearly laid out. People pay in the booking or membership tool you already use, and we link to it.

We already use a gym management system. Do we have to switch?

Not necessarily. We can link the site to what you use. If you'd rather stop paying per member, we can build your own booking as a Business Tool, from £1,799. We'll say which makes sense before you commit.

What does it cost?

Booking-First websites start from the price on this page. Add what you need in the configurator and see your fixed price before you talk to anyone, with 50% to start and 50% on approval. Class booking needs Square Plus, at £29 a month, paid to Square.

Who owns the site and the member list?

You do. The code and the data are yours, and you can host the site anywhere.
