Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the supply of design, development, and related services by FORTISATUS Ltd, trading as Stratford Digital ("we", "us"), to the client ("you") who engages us via this website, a written proposal, or a signed statement of work.

We provide website, business tools, custom SaaS, and integration services as described on stratford.digital and specified in the proposal or configurator output agreed with you in writing (including email).

Fees are fixed and quoted in advance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoicing is 50% on project start and 50% on approved delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments may accrue statutory interest under Bulgarian law.

On receipt of full payment, you own the custom source code and content produced specifically for you. Third-party components, open-source libraries, and our pre-existing tooling remain subject to their own licences. We may reference the engagement in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

We deliver the work with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under or in connection with the engagement is limited to the total fees paid by you for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach on 14 days' written notice if the breach is not remedied. On termination, you pay for work performed up to the termination date and receive the corresponding deliverables.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. The competent courts of Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
