This site is operated by FORTISATUS Ltd, trading as Stratford Digital. We are the data controller for personal data collected through stratford.digital.

• Enquiry data you submit via the contact form or configurator (name, email, project brief).
• Booking data you submit when scheduling a call (name, email, selected time, optional notes).
• Aggregate site analytics via Google Analytics 4 (page URL, referrer, device type, country). Loaded only after you accept the cookie banner; declined = no cookies, no tracking.
• Server logs (IP address, request metadata) retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.

To respond to your enquiry, deliver services you engage us for, send transactional emails (quote, booking confirmation), keep the site secure, and understand aggregate site performance.

We process personal data on the basis of (a) performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and (b) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site.

Data is stored on managed EU infrastructure. We use the following sub-processors:

• Supabase (EU region) — database and authentication.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Google Analytics 4 — site analytics, loaded only after consent.

Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal or tax obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) at cpdp.bg.
